It’s crazy to think that there’s only a little over 2 weeks left for this class!
Man between work, video games, and school I feel like I have no time for anything else. I’m super fortunate right now that my company is still having us work from home so I get a chance to stay onto of work and school without having to worry about commuting. (We all know what the bay area traffic is like)
This week we learned a ton about the network layer and about what’s inside of a router. We also learned about subnets and how to calculate the mask of a subnet.
We also touched on the differences between IPv4 and IPv6.
IPv4 is a 32 bit address versus IPv6 is a 128 bit address that will eventually replace IPv4.
That’s all for now. Going to go to bed now, super tired.
